Only the contact form: name, email, subject, and message. That is sent by email to [email protected] so we can reply. We do not sell it, we do not use it for newsletters, and there is no user database behind this site.
Cookies
We use a session cookie only to protect the form (a CSRF token and a resubmit limit). There is no first-party analytics and no third-party pixels on these pages.
Retention
The message remains in the company inbox for as long as the conversation and legal obligations require. If you want a thread deleted, write to us.
Products
Sigil and Praxis are separate services, with their own policies once you are inside the product. This document covers only the company site riddler.com.ar.
Applicable law and rights
We apply Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and complementary rules. You may exercise access, rectification, and deletion by writing to [email protected].
